OUTLYING AREAS

These are areas of great interest just outside the main Valley. To the north east we have Carefree , Cave Creek, Fountain Hills and Rio Verde with it’s Rio Verde and Tonto Verde Adult Communities, To the east there is the beautiful Gold Canyon. To the South there is Queen Creek and Maricopa and now Florence which have grown from huge ranches and farms into busy towns.

Phoenix is growing very rapidly and towns far outside the valley in all directions, where the big ranches have been sold to developers, will within the next five to ten years see large Master Planned Communities springing out of the desert. A couple are already taking advance reservations for home sales. Others are waiting until roads are widened and infrastructures are built.
