Trilogy is the brand name used by Shea Homes for their Active Lifestyle Communities and their Resort-Style Communities. The Parent company J. F. Shea is building homes in 8 states and their commercial branches are widespread. They were even a participant in the building of the Hoover Dam project. The home building branch received the 2011 JD Power Customer Service award. They are a well known and respected builder in Arizona.
The Trilogy Communities in the Phoenix area include Trilogy at Power Ranch in Gilbert, Trilogy at Vistancia in Peoria and Trilogy Encanterra in Queen Creek.
The word is not out yet, officially that is! But a new Trilogy is on the drawing board! Shea has purchased The Tegavah Golf Course up in the far north east corner of the valley. It is accessed via Scottsdale or Fountain Hills, where Dynamite meets the Tonto Forest. Look for Trilogy at Verde River now open!
Another Trilogy community is open an hour to the north and west of the Valley of the Sun. Trilogy at Wickenburg Ranch. This sleepy little western town has a community where almost every homesite has open land abutting it and with the terraced hillside, there are lots of mountain view to go around.
