The North East Valley includes Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Carefree and Cave Creek. Just to the north of these towns is Rio Verde, home to Tonto Verde, Rio Verde and Vista Verde, three Active Adult Resort Communities comprised of custom built homes. The entire north east valley is dotted with world renowned resorts and golf courses. The Fairmont Princess, JW Marriott, Troon, The Boulders, Firerock and The Four Seasons to name a few. Luxurious estate homes are scattered thru the foothills and slopes of the McDowell Mountains.
Small private gated communities abound and surround these resorts. 55 Plus communities are only to be found in The Verdes to the north and Scottsdale in the center of the North East.
