Golden Keys Active Adult Townhome Community. This 55+ community consists of 184 single level block construction townhomes. Built in 1964 the homes have a mixture of garages and original carports. Many have large rear fenced patios. The location of this community, close to Old Town Scottsdale, validates the remodeling and updating of many of the homes as they change hands. The large pool and clubhouse adjoin a nicely treed park.
