The Cities of Surprise and Peoria
The Northwest’s largest city Surprise has long been the home of the earliest, largest and most well known of Arizona’s Active Adult Communities; the three Del-Webb Sun City developments. It is also one of the homes of baseball’s spring training, an event that draws thousands of visitors each year. Sports fans love the new Arizona Cardinals Football Stadium and the new Phoenix Coyotes Ice Hockey Arena as well as the Phoenix International Raceway to the south. The areas growth has been astounding, filling in state and farm land from the 101 freeway to the White Tank Mountains. Our favorite communities are below.
