Sonoran Foothills At build-out, Sonoran Foothills will include approximately 1,200 single-family residential units, 160 acres of commercial property, and two 240-unit luxury apartment communities. The commercial component of the site comprises part of the designated core for commercial development in the north Phoenix area. The project features an extensive trail system through a series of natural desert washes, which will be preserved in their natural state. Project amenities include a private recreation center and park, as well as a network of private trails connecting to the public trail system. Resort and play pools, lighted basketball and tennis courts are a few of the amenities.
